The cake was very felt. Not fresh. Neither the taste was of Rasmalai. It was tasting like normal butterscotch cake. Seriously disappointed.

I don't really remember how it tasted cuz it was long back but m sure i wasn't unhappy.Moreover, the customer engagement process is absolutely lovely though.
