What are the delivery charges?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that the item may be damaged during transit/wrong item delivered, in that case, it has to be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Estimated delivery Date

Most of the Products are delivered within 2-10 days , For hyperlocal products like cakes etc, delivery can be made same day also or on chosen future date. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors like the seller offering the production, the distance between seller’s warehouse and Destination and product availability and preparation time.We show estimated delivery dates on product page.

 

Cash on delivery

For Now we don't have cash on delivery option, we have online payment options for now.

 

Undelivered returns

In case the customised product is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will not be able to offer any refund . In case of non customised product, Halfcute will decide on the deductions and do partial refund based total delivery charge including return and product reusability and reason for return
